If we feel that an expert needs to be brought in to solve a particular problem, we will do our best to source the cheapest and most professional service offered by one of our many local tradesmen. We provide a 24-hour emergency service and property helpline as part of the property maintenance package. Through our network of experienced caretakers we can address any problem or fault and co-ordinate specialist contractors if required.

'Unreliable cleaners' is an old holiday homeowner gripe. We offer a professional house cleaning service recognising that it is of paramount importance that all domestic services are always to an excellent standard. We have developed a Cleaning Quality Management Check List which enables us to ensure a thorough, regular and systematic clean of your home. Our housekeepers are responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness of the property and can report back if time needs to be allocated to address any particular issues. We will provide all necessary cleaning products.

Due to each property and owner having their own special requirements we do not have a set rate for changeovers. We will access each property individually to ensure we have taken both the property and owners needs into account. Individual cleaning and linen changes are charged against your statement in addition to the letting fee.
